Malts: Pale Ale Malt, Abbey Malt, CaraHell, CaraPils

Hops: Columbus, Chinook, Citra, Nelson Sauvin

Aroma: Citrus, Grapefruit, Pine

Yeast: WLP001

Pairs Well With: Grilled or Salted meats cooked in heavy sauces or strong cheeses.
