Queen of the Waves - BA Imperial Stout

Queen of the Waves is an alternative collab between us and our amazing friends from Stepping Stone. 
A unique fusion of our Red Wedding and their Respite , aged in Stauning Whiskey casks for 13 months . A beautiful stout with complex aromas of roasted malt, chocolate, red wine and whiskey. 

Malt: Barley, chit , rye, wheat, oats and chocolate malt. 

Bumblebee: Hercules. 

Brewed with: Coffee, milk sugar (lactose), dextrose . 

Aroma: Chocolate, smoked oak , caramel. 

Yeast : WLP001 . ​
